Peace poster HERE / small posters bought in a Danish furniture shop

/ You guys often ask me where we’ve got our posters from. Most of them are from a couple years back and are purchased at Allposters and most of the other posters we have are from local shops. Our peace poster hanging in the bedroom fits perfectly in this room because it illustrates safety and a calm mind. Just what you need when you want a good night’s sleep!

Coco Chanel poster, similar HERE / Ansel Adams poster HERE

/ As you can see, I love to keep the colours of our posters in a monochromatic color scale (shocking, right ;-)), even when it comes to landscape images like the poster from Ansel Adams, who is known for his black & white landscape photographs. The quote from Coco Chanel is something I often lean on, although it may sound a little cliché it’s really true! Every time I walk pass this poster, it gives me just a little strength to believe in myself again. It has been standing on the floor since we moved into our house. We also have other posters that are framed and put on the floor, and I like this effortless, unfinished feel it gives to the room.

“Ginko Dance” poster HERE

/ I love green plants, and I think the green poster behind our dining table fits perfectly into our home. It gives a little bit of color, but at the same time it’s calm and timeless. Steven Meyers is known for these x-ray photographs of different plants, and I think they are so cool! I like to find posters unconventional places, because then you can truly find something unique. This post is by no means sponsored by Allposters – I just love that they have SO many posters to choose from! There is really a good chance to find something unique that fits into your home. By the way, the frames around our posters are from Ikea.
